Absolute great owner! Transparent & upfront! Car was just what we wanted and needed.

They got me approved for the vehicle, then turned around and said they already took another deposit from someone else. (The vehicle trim they listed was worth way more than the actual trim) Went from a great deal to the worst deal on Cargurus. Stay away from dealerships like this... Save your self the heartache and look elsewhere!

The dealer knew we were coming from 3 hours away to be there on a friday with 3 days notice. 30 mins before we were to get there they txt us saying they were pulling the car around. We get there and now the car isnt even at the dealership. We were told it would be an hour so we went on a walk near by. 2.5 hours later we finally here that the car is there and almost done being detailed. We go back, the car is dirty litteral mud chunks in there and food crumbs on the seat, the outside was comicly bug splattered. Like so obviously undetailed. Just not sure why were were lied to about that and like it's on a lot shouldn't that have been done? And we were lied to about where it was and how long kt would be ect. Really unpleasant and frustrating how much of the day was waisted considering they knew we were coming well in advance from farther away. We would have been happy to go to where ever the car actually was in the first place.

Cameron in Sales and Ann in finance were great and easy to work with. They were patient and kind with me.

Jesse was very helpful and fun to work with. Very nice dealership-clean, easily accessible, accommodating, had the truck ready to test drive, etc.! I highly recommend you go there if you’re looking for a car or truck. And find Jesse!

I did buy the vehicle and Erik Sakshaug was the sales associate that helped me from the start to finish because of his customer service I felt more confident in buying the vehicle and I would definitely recommend it to others. I would 100% purchase another vehicle with Mercedes & work with Erik. The sales manager, ( I believe) was also very kind and great customer service.
