Absolute great owner! Transparent & upfront! Car was just what we wanted and needed.

They got me approved for the vehicle, then turned around and said they already took another deposit from someone else. (The vehicle trim they listed was worth way more than the actual trim) Went from a great deal to the worst deal on Cargurus. Stay away from dealerships like this... Save your self the heartache and look elsewhere!

If it were not for one salesman in particular, who stepped in after the entire purchase debacle, we were ready to cancel the purchase and get our money back. It was the worse car buying experience we have ever had! Kuddo’s for salesman, Victor, for going out of his way, when no one else at the Lithia dealership did.

I had a very disappointing experience with this BMW dealership. I was seriously planning to buy a BMW 7 Series, so I called them and provided all the information they requested. They collected my personal information, promised to get back to me, and then completely disappeared. No follow-up, no phone call, no email. It feels like they just collect customers’ personal information and then lose interest. This is unprofessional customer service, and I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Jesse was very helpful and fun to work with. Very nice dealership-clean, easily accessible, accommodating, had the truck ready to test drive, etc.! I highly recommend you go there if you’re looking for a car or truck. And find Jesse!

The car hasn’t arrived but the deal is done! I can’t complain about the communication with the dealership and I! Was great! Service was good! No complaints! No issues whatsoever with this dealership!
