Bait and Switch! Beware!!! Listed ID.4 for $16, 495, inquired and sales rep sent quote for $22,000. When I replied and asked him to adjust....He waited a few days then said he never got the email and raised the price online to $23,995....Also, he didn't know if the vehicle came with charger....Javier's (sales rep) reply: "Some of them come with a Level 1 Charger."

So far they've been great. We are in the process of trying to purchase a vehicle from them remotely, which is challenging. They seem to be very familiar with the ins and outs of the process.

I inquired about a Porsche GT4 RS and was willing to move forward quickly. Unfortunately, my experience with financing through Quantum was frustrating. My credit was pulled multiple times without a clear update, and communication often lagged — I went several days without responses. Eventually I was told financing wasn’t possible, but it took over a week to get that clarity. While the team was polite and the car inventory is attractive, the process left me feeling uncertain and stalled. I had to escalate just to get information on where things stood, and ultimately I had to request my deposit back. For high-end purchases, I expected more transparency, faster answers, and clearer guidance.

Emailed and dealership and they confirmed the truck was still for sale at advertised price. Advised then we would be there the next day to test drive it. Drove 2 1/2 hours the next day to be advised by Sales Floor Manager that the truck was no longer for sale as it had transmission issues. Did try to sell us another truck but we were not interested in it.

My wife had such a great experience with this dealership that I’ve decided to buy another vehicle from them myself. Kevin is awesome!
