I bought a used 2022 Toyota Tundra from Subaru Carlsbad and had a great experience. Mike was my sales guy and he made everything super easy. The truck was clean, ready to test drive, and exactly as described. Sean handled the finance side and was awesome to work with. He explained all the numbers clearly, went over warranty options without pushing anything, and finished the paperwork fast. Overall, smooth and stress-free buying experience. I’d definitely recommend Subaru Carlsbad, especially Mike in sales and Sean in finance.

Inquired on a vehicle around 10:30 Saturday morning. The car is listed as having one accident, but no damage. When a salesman reached out to me I asked about the accident and if they had any information on it. He said they do not. I then asked if having a PPI done would be possible and he said yes, but only at their dealership. So, I get to pay YOUR dealership to perform a PPI on a car YOUR dealership is trying to sell me? Haha, ok. Also, in the same text response regarding the PPI, the salesman informed me they had someone on site that had just agreed to the sales price. All this in about 15 minutes form my initial inquiry. Based on the PPI response I wouldn't have bothered anyway.
