Truck had a rip in the seat...Smelled like cigarettes, rear shocks on the verge of going out.

The sales rep tried to mislead me about the time left on the mfg warranty and was very rude/condescending when I asked if he would take $2k less than the asking price (which was a reasonable request). Also would not give me a straight answer on getting an extended warranty for it. He hung up on me when I gave him the same attitude right back.

These guys are awesome. Straight to the point.

They weren't transparent at all regarding the van First it was in inspection even though the vehicle has been on their lot over 100 days. Second I called again a day later to be told the vehicle was sold. Then I was told the vehicle wasn't sold but was being sent to the auction because they've had the vehicle for too long. The communication was not good.

Steven (Sales) and Mark (Finance) were amazing. They treated my son as if he were purchasing a high-end BMW and not a used car. Friendly, professional, patient, and informative. It was a wonderful first-time car-buying experience for my son. As for me, when the time comes to get another vehicle, I am going to BMW of Catonsville first. Kudos on a job well done.
