Dealerships near me (Elk Grove, CA)

I was getting ready to purchase their audi when I asked about the warranty they had in the ad with this car. They said that warranty was only available for 90% of their autos , but not this one. This auto only had 31,000 miles and was perfect. There ad was very misleading and as soon as I called them on it they stopped communacating with me and would not answer me anymore. very deceptive

I had excellent communications with a salesman named Eric. He was totally cooperative, open, and honest. Unfortunately, before I made my trip to the dealership, I noticed a deficiency in the vehicle that was a deal-breaker for me. So I cancelled and made a purchase from another dealer. But I was thoroughly impressed with Eric.

Personally, I don't like all the add on after the listed price. It's not just one dealer. They all do it, but be aware that the listed price had a lot of add ons. Most of them you are not required to buy so make sure you do your homework before purchasing. The staff and everyone that I spoke to was helpful and the process was all done remotely.
