Excellent experience.

Arrived ready to buy based on price and clear communication from the dealer. Set up an appointment, took a test drive, and negotiated minimally (bought CPO which was priced well). They offered a reasonable rate for my trade in (I came with outside offers which helped raise the final offer), and they were normal and courteous the whole time. Unfortunately the process took an extra few hours due to low staff or crowding, but overall good experience and don’t feel pressured for things I didn’t want.

They were quick to return my request to see if the car was available and answered all my question. They also sent additional info on the car.

Salesman Jabari was a nice guy but when it came down to buying and dealing with the finance he was rude didn’t introduce hisself sat a paper on the table and said that what will do. Did not acknowledge my wife who was the one wanting to buy the 4 Runner at that point we decided dealing with this dealer ship was not worth it. Being rude does not help sale cars. As we had cash to buy it outright
