James the sales guy was nice and friendly, accompanied us on test drive. Went in and the sales manager sat down instead of James with initial offer. Pricing was ridiculous. More than a 2026 civic and they wanted $799 for gps and $799 for flashing third brake light dealer add-on on a used car. I made a reasonable counter offer based on actual sales pricing for the same car received from insurance payout on the same 2023 civic. They wouldn't budge from the sales price and told me they had too much in the car to negotiate price. Left and bought a new 2026 for less than they wanted for the 2023. The car was there for 2 months and they wouldn't budge on the price. Sales manager was using typical used car sale tactics. I wont go back.
