Great experience with Brian and Dave there -- those guys made it happen.

They gave me an extremely low estimate for the trade-in price. They added a lot of fees to the financing. To their defense I have bad credit, but it came very unexpectedly. We had discussed terms that did not match once I was in the finance office.

Good straightforward dealership. No games which is refreshing.

The salesman was amazing. His name was Mike. He loaned me the car to take it to a nearby mechanic for an inspection. He showed me the work they did to the car at the dealership. I didn't get enough for my trade-in. I paid too much for the car, the folks were pleasant and created the best experience as you can have buying a car and spending so much money.

Car had several readiness aspect that did not appear to be addressed. Front light needed repair. Car had very strong odor of wet dog which salesperson said "had been ozoned and could be ozoned again" but smell permeated car and became insufferable during test drive. Texting communication prior to test drive was prompt and polite.

Selected a car through them, and process was quick and smooth, though they did overdo things with messages via e-mail and text and phone approaching the appointment, and definitely a volume dealer experience, with my sale being passed around to several different people. Main critique is even with all this correspondence and knowing full well that we were explicitly coming to see a plug in electric vehicle, when we arrived (on time!) they were unprepared and the vehicle had 0% charge, so a waste of time.

Car was ready clean and in superb condition unlike the first dealer I went ( with the same model) that’s dirty and not even running. Needed to be jumpstarted. Helped me also with the financing woes.
