I had a wonderful time working with Ed! Got in touch and explained my financial situation and the need for a newer Honda as I had just totaled my old one, I wasn't able to get traditional financing due to a divorce and he was able to inhouse finance me, mind you I had gone to at least a dozen other dealerships and was flat out rejected or given horrible terms for a vehicle. I will definitely keep my eye on this place as I know they are going places with the way they treated me.

Was able to buy this vehicle but it still is a gruesome process that is inflicted on the buyer. They misrepresented the price to me and then tried to do a bait and switch. All normal and well expected behavior of all modern dealers. At least they met my maximum offer and then gave very little instruction on the new vehicle. Then I discovered there is no published users manual in the glove box. I called to find out the secret location and was informed its electronic. Don't you understand that online manuals, 600 pages worth, is almost impossible to use effectively. You can't find anything because it takes so long to scroll or search the document. You can't add tabs for easy finding of information next time. You save ten bucks but buy a thousand dollars worth of frustration and pissed off phone calls.
