Matt and Jerrica were awesome and very informative, great customer service! They seemed genuinely concerned about my needs and wants in a vehicle. Once I made the deposit communication became difficult. I had to constantly try to get them to respond to communications and was passed around to multiple sales people. Sales follow up from the original sales person fell off quickly. I showed up at the dealership to pick up the vehicle and the tank was on fumes. Lastly the vehicle smells after driving and may have an antifreeze issue. Asked what their inspection process was pre purchase of the vehicle which they never answered.

Horrible attempt at purchasing a vehicle. First, not a local purchaser several hours to get to the dealer. Show up at the dealer to make the purchase and experience the classic “bait and switch”. I was told by the sales manger the, ” the price listed on carguru was a mistake and the car could not be sold at that price”. The car was offered to me for several thousand more than I was prepared to pay. There were several opportunities for this dealer to inform me of the mistake in price. There were a number of emails and text prior to my arriving. Time and expense could have been avoided.

I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle as i went a different direction in my vehicle search, but MB of OKC was so helpful through every step !

Great dealership to work with. Welcomed us and picked us up at airport. No pressure to complete sale, but loved the test drive and we drove home with a new car!
