We had a very disappointing experience at AutoNation Acura North Orlando. We drove over two hours after being very clear from the beginning about our payment method. Before arriving, the dealership confirmed multiple times they would accept our bank check and down payment. Once we got there, they suddenly refused to sell us the vehicle unless we financed through them. This felt extremely misleading and dishonest. The sales, customer service, and finance staff were rude and unprofessional. We felt cornered and pressured, and the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. They had a vehicle sold and lost the sale by trying to play games with the customer. We ended up driving back home and purchasing a brand-new vehicle elsewhere with no issues. After we left, the dealership called and emailed us multiple times. We chose not to respond due to how disappointing and disrespectful our experience had already been.We wasted hours of travel time, money and left frustrated and disrespected

Took 5 days to get an answer and they still didn’t have all the paperwork they needed to do the deal so we canceled. 0/10 don’t waste your time or energy they don’t care.

When I was about to view a truck at this dealership, I saw a 2-star previous rating. That made me hesitate. Then I clicked on the review link and discovered many positive reviews by previous customers. So I thought, the rating system was unfair. It only showed one latest review. When it was a bad review, it was misleading because people might think this dealer got an average 2-star review. I went on to visit the dealership and bought a truck. Honestly, I got an overall good experience. The dealer was very willing to make a deal. They are straightforward and no haggling. Of course no one is perfect. The salesperson was very friendly at the very beginning. After I test-drove one truck and showed some hesitation, his enthusiasm faded a little bit. When I requested to test-drive another truck, he started to show some impatience. That’s understandable. Being a push-over nice guy won’t sell any cars. In the end, we made a deal without any stress. The dealer and I were both happy.

*******************************************BEWARE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM ********************************************* I saw a car on CarGurus, it was a 2015 Nissan Sentra I thought I was getting a great deal until I got the car and realized it had a bad transmission. I contacted the owner several times concerning the car and he has done nothing but avoid me. I have even went as far as to go get my money through the bank. I would simply never buy a car from this dealership please beware there are some unfair practices taking place at this dealership. Please do not buy cars from this dealership just don't do it don't take the chance because I don't want to see anyone else go through what I'm going through with this guy
