I went to toro motors to inquire about a 2013 gmc Denali . The salesman was dealing with other customers I waited around for over an hour even tho I had a scheduled appointment. I was given the keys and told to go check the truck out but don’t move . After a short time I was asked what I thought about the truck . I explained that it needs a decent amount of work as soon as I said that the salesman pretty much wrote me off and sent me to talk to the finance manager who is his brother . I asked for a dry spot that I would be able to climb under the truck so he pulled it into the garage . Soon inspecting the truck I found that someone cheaply overlayed the rockers but left the rotted ones there . And also found a rot hole in the frame after I was told this truck had gone through the shop . If you Decide to buy from this dealer make sure you check the car or truck very good .

Inquire online if the vehicle was available. I received confirmation. Called early Monday to check if still was available. Drove in just to find that someone was test driving and left me hanging…

Fixed any issue in time for when I picked up the car.

Communication was ok until a car I had a deposit on was sold with no warning.

The car was not ready to be sold. I drove from upstate and I told them I was coming to buy the car. When we arrived, the car was not ready. We took it for a test drive and the ride was rough! The brakes went down to the floor and it was making a rough noise. The cat should not have been on the lot if it wasn’t ready. It needed brakes, rotors, calibers, and a whole brake assembly. What a waste of our time !

I looked at the car Thursday, it needed left front wheelbearing. I came back Tuesday, staff did wheel bearing already and withing an hour i was the new owner. Guys are great happy with my purchase.
