Absolutely amazing workers! My husband and I were looking to trade in our 2020 Ram 1500 big horn/lone star for something smaller, cheaper and more family friendly. The dealers got ahold of us extremely quick and were able to help us right away to trade for this beautiful Kia❤️ it’s been a couple weeks now and my husband and I absolutely love the new car we are now always able to have a full tank of gas and keep finding new things we love even more about the Sorento. Spoke with sales representative about 2 days. Made an offer. Was presented to the sales manager and we agreed on the price and I accepted the offer. The same day the sales representative was writing up the offer and 1/2 way through the paperwork process the sales manager sold the car out from under me as we were in the process of the purchase. This all happened hours the same day the offer was accepted and was being written up. I will not go back as the sales manager acted in bad faith and did not honor the agreement even though in the few hours of closing the deal he chose to sell to another buyer. My credit score is 840+ and the price was a cash offer and the sales representative even doubled checked with me.

When we arrived at the dealership, the car was not available. The other vehicle we were interested in was also not available. Sales person was not very motivated to make a deal and never followed up. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Great job at Titus-Will. Jerry was super great, Steve in finance was solid. I do think they need to provide literature on the warranty, but minor detail overall. Thanks for an experience worth sharing!
