The overall experience buying the Tucson was fine. Price was 4k higher than advertised, but doable. By far, my biggest complaint was after the sale when attempting to get documents to transfer the BlueLink, which to date has not happened. Dealers, your relationship with your customers does not stop after the vehicle leaves the lot.

Purchasing this vehicle went so smoothly, Kathy McKinney, our salesperson was so helpful, great at communicating and ensured the vehicle was ready after we made about an hour and 15 mins drive. Rob, the used sales manager and Marcus in Finance were fantastic as well- very helpful and informative! All in all, it was a great experience, everything went smoothly and we spent about as much time as we expected to make the purchase.

Dealership got back with me. The Truck was not available and was in Transit. We talked about a deal but wasn’t able to make one. Very helpful though.
