Great experience

Customer service and support was good, recommended.

They didn't contact at all!!!

In my car buying journey, Donald at this dealership was a huge help and very professional. We just decided to go with a different color car they didn’t have.

This is still on going…. I yet to receive I’m vehicle. Automaxx corp is your standards used car dealership. They like to lie, gaslight, and rob people blind. All while dragging their feet when it comes to upholding their end bargains. I unfortunately had to work with a sales associate named ROY, Roy likes to gaslight, Roy likes to add random papers saying you’ve 100% inspected the vehicle and have approved it. Even though you never have he just left it in the middle of the stack and hoped I wouldn’t notice, predated. Roy says it takes 2 days to put temp tags on a car… Roy doesn’t know I’ve worked in car sales and I know as long as everything goes smoothly it can all be done in 1-2 hours. Now I hope that they are finally sending me my vehicle probably milking what they can off the top like they do with the dealer fees. If you use this company make sure to watch closely. If you get Roy, Get everything in writing or text avoid calls. Gaslighting is common during phone calls.

I will order for Tuesday or Thursday
