Great people, super helpful, they shipped the car to my state and handled everything. The car was as described , very helpful videos before I bought it. I was afraid of buying a car out of state but if you do I highly recommend this guys.

They are heavily overpriced. 6 months ago I offered a fair price on a transit as it was at that time 7k over priced. The very next day after not accepting they raised it several thousand more. 6 months later I received a text ftom them asking if I was still interested. The price had come down, however still 4k over priced. I offered them once again a very fair price that was consistent with bluebook. After not accepting the following days they again raised the price on that same vehicle by several thousand just as before. I do not recommend this dealership!

Total failure - found a car I wanted in person - had to wait too long to get a rep with literally 20 people sitting around doing nothing. Then looked up the car online, and figured out it was quite over-priced. Contacted the dealer to talk to them, received no contact back. THEN, Cargurus said the car was sold, but it was not. The dealer RE-LISTED the car with a lower price (SAME VIN!), actually right at what I said it should be - but NEVER contacted me to buy it!!! Terrible communication. Misleading pricing and listings. Clearly they don't care about the customer - they care about the ease of the sale and are hiding poor pricing behind their "transparent pricing" models. However, when their pricing model is wrong and sucks, they hide it with a re-listing!

Made a deal on a 2020 warlock classic put a 1000$ down to hold the truck while paper work was over nighted to me. Sign the contract and sent back same day I received this was Saturday. I get a call Monday morning that they sold the truck by mistake but they can get it back hmmm. Well a week goes by and no truck finally Friday night 7 days after the deal was done I asked for money back . They did refund me the 1000$ . The only reason why I’m leaving this review is because the truck is still posted online. Just want to people to be aware
