Dodge dealerships near me (Sturbridge, MA)

I contacted this dealer several times..they did get back to me to let me know that the vehicle i was interested in was being looked at and they would get back to me if it did not sell....they did not get back to me...but the vehicle is still posted..so I called, they told me there was a hold on it...they would let me know if the deal didn't go through...nobody got back to me but the vehicle is still listed..I gave up with this dealer.

Horrible experience. The car had a vibration, salesman disagreed... nothing was up for discussion or negotiation... left there and purchased a car from a different dealership 20 minutes later... stay away from Herb Chambers

I cannot recommend this dealership. I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle, a Ford Explorer. I let them know I was traveling over an hour to see it. I confirmed the appointment multiple times, including an hour before arrival, and while enroute, a few minutes before arrival. They confirmed my visit via text. When I arrived, neither of the people I was told to ask for were there. A different person first asked for my license, took photos of it with his phone, and did not give it back. He went to get the vehicle, from Ford dealership next door. After 10 minutes he came back to say the vehicle was sold and tried to sell me on a Jeep or other vehicles that were not what I was looking for. I tried to leave & asked for my license back, he would not give it back, said he needed to make a copy (again). I had to demand it back multiple times. Then he said I needed to wait until he talked to manager who sat hidden, and told me to "stand back". Heard him say I was "very picky".

Got back to me quickly but the car was sold asked me what I liked about the car sounds to me like they will try and find another car.

Shah was nice and helpful financing team tried to put me in a different vehicle but could not match price of car I went in expecting.

We inquired about the vehicle, we were Contacted back very quick, went to the dealer, and seen the car. Loved it. We worked with Anthony and he is a real and passionate person. So far we have had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Artioli Dodge.
