Victor was very helpful and responsive and he accommodated my requests to review the vehicle on multiple occasions. Regarding the purchase experience, I think the ability to negotiate would have been helpful. Historically, I have been able to make an offer on a vehicle and then negotiate with the dealer. But the price was competitive and reasonable for the vehicle as it was. I highly recommend Leith to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Super super helpful and answered all my questions. I live an hr away from the dealership, and they sent a driver to me to sign paperwork. When I went to pick up the car was in the dealership for 15-20 minutes tops and had the car detailed and staged when I got there. Definitely returning when I buy another vehicle

Car was a wreck. No ac, none working radio among other issues. Tires had metal showing. Said I could drive it back home 100 miles like that. A complete waste of time. If you are looking for a quality used car. This is not the place to go. They were not upfront with anything. Their add said that all dealer fees were included in the price but that was also not true. The young lady on the phone was the nicest part of the entire day. I came home without the car. How could any dealer put money over safety. Buy our car and go get a new set of tires so you can drive it home. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this dealership unless you are buying a new vehicle. They do not care about the quality of the vehicles they sell. Sell high and sell volume. That is it. As you can plainly see. My 4 hour trip for the car I wanted was a nightmare. Buyer beware.
