Dodge dealerships near me (Orange, TX)

Salesperson MIA day of appointment. Vehicle being worked on at time of appointment. I am an owner/operator of a repair shop and showed the sales guy several really serious problems. His answer was a warranty I would get so they would fix anything that was problematic. Black paint was sprayed on undercarriage to cover heavy rust that could be seen in the center of undercarriage upon closer examination. The sales guy assured me it would be OK. 95,000 miles and the truck was a polished turd. Everything explained away by this sales guy. I realized I was standing in a machine that that had one focus, and that was to sale, sale, sale. This was the most dishonest business I have ever been in. I can't imagine any one of these employees not knowing what is going on. If you lucky enough to get a good vehicle from them, just remember, a blind hog finds an acorn sometimes. Good luck.

I have worked in the car business in the past and I do know a really good and motivated finance manager can get car approvals done with certain lenders despite credit challenges. I have just been approved with a lender because a finance manager made it possible despite credit challenges. Do not waste your time with this dealership. They will also shot gun you to every lender even when they said they would not do that. There are hundreds of dealerships out there that will see you as a human and not a credit number.

Great dealership, the process was fast and easy. I was an out of state buyer. Highly recommend!!

Truck had body damage. Also low on oil. Service staff toke so long to top it off on oil I was not able to test drive the truck.
