Salesman Kullan was amazing throughout process. Sales Manager Greg was very professional and personable. I bought the car remotely so communication was very important both Kullan and Greg were in constant communication no matter how busy they were. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone who is in the market to buy.

I walked into the dealership and told them what car I was here to look at. I gave them my banks pre-approval letter and said I had financing. The dealership made me an offer that I agreed to and signed their agreement sheet. The next day when I went to pick up the car, the sales manager told me he made a mistake and that the deal offered to me the day before was not available anymore because they would lose money if they went through with selling me the car at that price. I told them that wasn't my problem and that I agreed and signed their agreement sheet. He proceeded to tell me he couldn't do that deal and that he would have to change my trade-in value because he gave me that value based on me going through their financing. I walked out without the car and my time wasted! I WOULD NOT suggest to anyone, to purchase a car from this dealership!

I found a vehicle online and made contact through Car Gurus. Emma reached out to me very quickly and has gone above and beyond throughout this whole process. She had great communication, fast and knowledgeable answers and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. We received multiple videos and photos (as we live a considerable distance away from the dealership) and was shown and told of everything with complete transparency. We bought a used car, so there are obviously going to be SOME flaws (cosmetic), but Emma at Bolton was completely upfront about all of it and took care of everything to make sure we were satisfied. Hands down the best car buying process my family and I have ever been through! HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and reach out to Emma! She'll make sure you're taken care of!

They tried but was asking for 10,000.00 down half of the price of the vehicle vehicle wasn't worth the price they were asking for down.

I called first to verify the truck was available, it was. So i made an appointment to come test drive since dealer and salesman offer the ability to make an appointment to schedule a time to come test drive the truck you are interested in, I did that with the assumption that they would hold the truck there, being my appointment was just the next day....nothing crazy like a few days out, literally the next day. Through their automated system I confirmed my trip with them at 10am, at 5pm that same day I got a text from the salesman "hey buddy, sorry, sold the truck today" ???? so what's the point of taking appointments and scheduling test drives ? Get rid of that system if it means absolutely nothing for the buyer. So yea. I'm not buying anything from these guys. Good luck to anyone else wanting to call on Monday and drive on Tuesday. They will see it out from under you and wonder why you arent happy.
