Dodge dealerships near me (Ocala, FL)

The salesman was new but very good. The management team was terrible. We came with the intent to buy a vehicle but the total price came out to $11,000 more than the advertised price. A breakdown of the fees: $2998 for a package that had a majority of items covered under the manufacture warranty, $2000 because we didn't have a trade-in, $2000 because we weren't financing, $1500 Dealer fee, the rest were taxes and document prep. When we questioned the excessive fees, the sales manager said "It's all in the fine print". In my on- line ad I brought with me, there was no fine print. Beware! The advertised price at this dealership is not what they will actually sell it to you for. The fees are ridiculous and because of this, they lost a sale on a vehicle and any referrals. The dealership is chaotic, cramped, loud, disorganized with a very poor sales manager who was literally running around the showroom in an attempt to appear busy. GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY A CAR!

Great dealership experience. I just found a car somewhere else. No fault of these guys. They were awesome
