Dodge dealerships near me (High Point, NC)

Called and confirmed truck price and availability. Then got a call when we were on fhe way that the car wouldn't start.

Responded timely and provided information to make informed decision. I didn't pursue this vehicle but sales staff helpful.

Never went but they are nice to talk to on phone

Customer service was horrible. I asked 2x for them to send me interior photos...nothing sent. I had an appointment to test drive the vehicle at 10am. After driving an hour to get there, 5 minutes before the test drive, they texted saying the vehicle is being serviced and I'd have to come back at 3. I showed up long enough to notify the manager what happened, he didn't seem to care and defended his staff. If there was a 0 star rating, I'd check that. DO NOT GO THERE!

Great People to work with

They price they advertise is not the price when you contact them, " I can not take the Zurich Shield off. If I take it off my discount will also decrease." so basically they put on a $1500 add on. to me this seems to be common place anymore with dealerships. I probably know more then any sales person they have so I don't want to go in and spend a whole day wasting my time so I prefer Online shopping but then again when you actually can't get the truck for what they are advertising it, is very deceptive.

The sales person was very good, he knew about the vehicle we brought, 2019 Dodge Ram. Vehicle was clean & drove good, so we brought it. Financial young man very professional.

The overall experience was good. However, note they do have dealer adding and charge a fee for reconditioning that should already be included in the price but is not.

Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous!
