Their service was phenomenal from start to finish. The first time I was in and out of a dealership in less than 2 hours when purchasing a car.

Classic bait-and-switch. They confirmed over the phone that a specific car was available, but when I arrived, they claimed it was 'sold' and immediately pushed more expensive models. On top of that, they lied about credit checks—they promised they wouldn't run a credit report for a cash/check purchase, but they did it anyway. Untrustworthy. Do not believe what they say, inspect everything yourself, and read every line before signing

Excellent

My sales person was excellent. The finance guy was horrible, pushing and pushing to sell a warranty and other products , he even was trying scare tactics. If the finance guy scared me too much , not only would I not buy the warranties or other products , I would not buy the car at least not at this dealership. The process was extremely time consuming especially considering there didn't need to be any haggling, I will not purchase extras ever, they just drew it out longer then necessary and I missed a romantic date I had planned for that evening. She rescheduled. I am happy with the vehicle so far. Ken f.

Will never buy from them again. Friendliness didn't exist, price wasn't the price they gave us over the phone when we showed up, finance manager insisted on us buying a warranty even though we didnt want one. His demeanor changed when we said no to the warranty. Overall, poor experience.

I visited the dealership with no immediate urgency to purchase a vehicle. I was open to buying if I found something I genuinely liked, but I was not pressured by time or necessity. Unfortunately, my experience with management was disappointing. While the staff were initially friendly, the overall approach became unwelcoming when discussing pricing and add-ons. I was informed that an additional $3,000 “pro package” was required, which includes a security device installed on the vehicle. I was told this feature could potentially lower my insurance premium if disclosed to my insurance company. However, I was not given the option to decline this package, nor was I shown the actual device being installed in the vehicle, which raised concerns for me. The lack of transparency and flexibility made me uncomfortable with the purchase process. As a result, I chose to leave the dealership and will not be returning for future vehicle purchases or services.
