I had inquired about the Lexus GS350 in their inventory, which I was interested in, but it had already been sold. The salesman contacted me, and I told them about the exact car I was looking for. They will notify me if they get another in the inventory.

They said that they where going to clean the seats but didn’t twice

Drove 1 hour for an appointment set days ahead and was told vehicle will be readywhen i arrive. When I arrived, they advised me that the vehicle was at the auto auction and was not available. Wasted my time but not everything works out as planned.

Classic bait-and-switch dealership behavior. I was told a car was available and ready to test drive—drove all the way there only to be told it was in the shop and couldn’t be driven. After leaving, they harassed me with calls all week negotiating. The salesperson finally agreed to my price and told me to come in. Then came delays about the title not being available. I took a day off work, test drove the car, liked it, and sat down to buy it. Suddenly the manager backed out of the agreed price and demanded $1,500 more, hiding behind “we didn’t have a contract.” This dealership lies, changes terms at the last second, and has zero integrity. Completely disrespectful of customers’ time. Avoid unless you enjoy games and wasted days.

Chris Jones at Rainier Dodge was amazing from start to finish. Great communication regarding the Ram 2500 and was understanding and patient waiting for me to work things out with my insurance company and getting my down payment went where I wanted it to be. Gabe was great as well making the finance part incredibly smooth and easy. In and out in less than 90 minutes.
