Asked if truck was still available she said yes it’s here said would be there showed up truck was gone an employee took it home 10 min later he brought it back. Truck was filthy was told that had some issues but they would be fixed . Did credit app and then was told oh wait we can’t sell it cause it has emission problems and it’s too expensive to fix ! This After being told that the employee was interested in buying it. I honestly think they just said that to sell it to there own employee absolutely ridiculous dealership place is a joke!

What’s better than AWESOME?? And this me not even purchasing a vehicle from them. Ed Lewis, John Kimberly and Chris Bosas should send a video out to all dealerships as a teaching tool on how to treat customers. Now, I took myself out of the mix in order to fix some credit issues so that I can come back with a better hand but those guys worked with me all the way through. Mr Bosas in particular worked the finance end to where I nearly got a deal that I strongly considered. Mr Kimberly called and explained to me that he would refer me to a fellow salesman due to a mandatory training session that he needed to attend. That was when Mr Lewis stepped in and after introducing me to the GM , took me on a test drive and pointed out the various options that the truck had. Very nice!!! I’m set on getting a Ram and as soon as I get my credit score to where I feel comfortable, I’ll be checking in with Huffines CDJR of Plano.

Only that they took all options in finding me a vehicle that satisfied me, Bravo!
