Dodge dealerships near me (Bayside, NY)

The truck I was very interested in was nothing like the pictures in the ad. The paint was a complete disaster and the truck needed a whole overhaul. Priced way to high for what it is.

Truck was on the lift when I got there on time for an appointment. Price was $24,300 Manager added $1,995 down payment to the price of the truck. Went home and emailed the price in the ad. The next day the ad was changed to 26,745. I have the email if you’re interested.

100% bait-and-switch dealer. Don’t fall for their deceptive, dishonest sales tactics. The team who respond to online listing inquiries isn't even at the dealership, and resides somewhere in NJ (I dealt with Francesca--- beware!). They use these people as scapegoats, scheduling you to see cars they don't even have available. When you get to the dealership the car they lured you in with will have "just sold". Oh you want to speak with the person who confimred it's avaiablity and scheduled your appointment that very morning... too bad, they dont work at the dealership and are in NJ. I even called the dealership directly the following day not teling them who I am and asked about the car, they told me it was avaiable and tried to scheudle me to come in and see it. When I let them know who I was and asked to speak to a manager, he admitted the car was sold (not sure they ever had it) and had no explaination for all the deception. Absolutely discraceful.

Showed for my 11 am appointment, salesman took ten minutes to show up, truck wasn’t there. It showed up at 11:55am. The exterior was covered in mud, the interior was just as dirty. This appointment was pre scheduled the day before and confirmed, you think they would have had the truck on there lot and cleaned…… also there website showed the truck had a rear sliding window. It did not and the sales person/dealer priced my truck $4k below what the trade in value I found on line(2 different sites) and what another dealer was going to give me. After talking to another people that live in the area, they said stay away from them. There shop rate is $425/hr……

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The process took a lot longer than we anticipated which was a bit frustrating at times, but they remained very kind and patient with us throughout.

They did respond saying car was no longer available.But,I continued to see it offered after this response.
