I had a horrible experience with Bill Luke Phoenix. The staff are unprofessional and only want to take your money at the earliest that they can! They don't care about anything but getting rid of their cars at the earliest! I started my car buying process early with them (on a car that was sitting on lot for 80 days) and midway through the process, when I was working on financing, they said that they sold the car to different costumer who stopped by the dealership on the same day. I had the down payment funds ready and did put a deposit on the car, but they still decided to sell the car to someone else. if you're out-of-state, stay away from them. they don't hold up to their promises at all. They sold the car I was working on for 10-days and didn't refund my deposit!

Very professional. Did not pressure me. Products they had were high quality. Sales guy was awesome.

Very nice but vehicle was not right one for us. Jake was pleasant to deal with. Answered all my questions and let me drive vehicle on lot as I went before truck had gone through so did mechanical check and detail.

I really needed a best market price- was pushing hard for it. I had done all my vehicle and market research and They were willing to negotiate with me quickly outside and not have to do the car sales come in and sit down game. Parker, Eddie, Mark and Cedrick were all great. There were no surprises for me besides a nice discount on the extended warranty which I normally don’t buy. I was a cash pay and it all went great. Thank you guys.

I liked the salesman I worked with. However, I had to deal with multiple problems such as: Intentional/unintentional misinformation regarding the warranty of the vehicle I was looking at. This dealership puts an additional $2366 dealer markup on all vehicles for mostly bogus services. I call it bogus because I called and asked for a detailed in writing description of these services multiple times. Instead of being provided a detailed contractual description, I received various answers from the multiple staff members. Hence why I asked each one for a detailed in writing description. These two problems ultimately broke the deal. Last problem, I had to call three times and threaten to dispute my $500 deposit before they finally refunded their “No risk” fully refundable deposit. Their salesman is their only saving grace. Unless they have a car you really REALLY want, I would be skeptical and investigate every detail this dealership does before you drive off the lot.
