It was very difficult to negotiate and get a quote. Salesperson communicatipn was poor. I bought from another dealer.

Went to see the truck A salesperson came out and asked if I had talked with anyone, I told them yes and the salesperson went to get the salesperson I had been talking with, but neither showed back up until I was getting into my car. By that point I had already stood by the truck for 10 minutes waiting for a salesperson to talk to about a test drive. So I went down the road and bought a new truck at another dealership.

The experience was good until arrival at the store. AutoNation has a $895 doc fee, which they disclosed but only after I asked. There were additional "fees" that were not disclosed and unrelated to the registration and title work. I don't understand why it wasn't on the buyer's order. The number on the bottom of the signed buyer's order was not the number upon arrival, and they would not honor the signed buyer's order. So, no sale.

It was a perfect buying experience! Two days later, it arrived at our door! And it was a great deal for a well described vehicle. And we love the truck! Deal with Darius, he's the man!

Got quick feedback. Asked for an out the door price doc. Received email with document. Along with video of car walk around. Sent back counter offer. Finance office emailed back accepted offer. But let me know someone was currently test driving. And if they did not buy it. They would contact me right away. Test driver bought car. Contacted me back right away. Best experience not buying a car. Watching their website cause I would definitely buy a car from them. I'm an hour drive away. Whole process took 2 hours while I was doing yard work and checking email every 20 min

Car was fine I asked prior to driving 4 hours both ways to verify financing and please let me know down payment availability of the vehicle and none of this was communicated or done. They received it but wasted my day to tell me to come back and find a co-signer. Best part is I was going home to do finances with my local bank and no one called me back or had anything to do with me until I got a text to review my experience that day and the salesperson then jumps to call me to make me correct my questionnaire. I never saw anyone form finance no one explained anything to me left it all on the sales woman she was pleasant but not helpful stayed on her phone the entire time of test drive and while I was there said she had to respond to other customers overall experience was unpleasant.
