Despite it being purchased by another customer, he was so kind in his extra effort to reach out to offer other options. I felt like his professional courtesy exceeded expectations. He seemed genuinely motivated to meet my specific preferences in purchasing a vehicle which was comforting. Exemplary communication and customer care because he conveyed that he does care!!

Spoke with a Carlos Gonzalez in regards to a vehicle I was interested in he was very short and sent a link over for me to fill out an application which I did but I never heard anything back from him nor has he responded to any of my text messages not even a follow up call or message; There was no sense of urgency to help me get into a vehicle I’d have to say Streamline Auto customer service is very poor;
