The dealer got back to me right away. I had made an appointment with them, but had to cancel. I had found another car.

I highly suggest anyone interested in buying a car from this dealership has the vehicle inspected by the manufacturer or reputable shop. I had them drop it off at the Mercedes service center for a full inspection (which I gladly paid for) prior to making plans to fly in and buy the car. The full inspection report recommended all 4 tires get replaced (2mm or less tread and cords/threads showing) and an alignment. The salesman at Haus of Imports, Ethan, informs me that not only is the price $700 more than what he said over the phone but “management” is only willing to replace 3 out of 4 tires or I can buy the car with the current tires for a $600 discount. This dealership would have had me sign a statement of understand or waiver to buy a car with dangerously unserviceable tires and then drive over 1000 miles. I guess “management” values my safety and life at about $600.

Napleton Maserati was great to work with for our purchase and delivery. A few pieces of feedback that led me to a less than 5 star review: - the transparency about document signing and the requirement paperwork must be mailed and signed and mailed back wasn’t made clear, this led to some concern our car would be delayed in shipping because of something we knew nothing about as being required. - the reason for the above was that “some customers have not been trustworthy” as if to imply that I, too, may not be trustworthy despite the fact I put down 25% easily wired, qualified easily for financing and did everything that was asked of me as quickly as humanly possible. - the car has two small dents on the hood that were not disclosed. Not a deal breaker but I’d have asked to have them removed before it left the lot or compensation to offset having them removed. - otherwise, Sobaan, Connor and Rich were easy to work with and got me the car that met all my and my husbands requirements.

My sales person, Matthew, was excellent. He was very upfront with the options and pricing and made the whole process seamless.
