Dealerships near me (Danville, KY)

The initial contact from the dealer appears to be AI, and honestly it’s a bit pushy. The AI kept asking me when I wanted to schedule a test drive, so I gave in and set one for a Monday. The AI said I don’t know if we are open because it’s a holiday. I went on the internet and found it was open, and I let the AI know. It apologized and set me an appointment for Monday 10 am. I responded that since I was driving an hour, and taking a teen with me, to schedule for 11 and it said if there were problems a manager would let me know. Well there is the auto mall which has several dealerships, so go there the used cars are out near the bypass 6 min away…no biggie. We get there and the car was sold…the way it was describe it was what I was looking to buy, or at least I thought so. The sales person was very apologetic and it really wasn’t in him so no point in saying much to him. Well a wasted trip, except we went to constitution square and had a great day, we learned a lot about Kentucky.

Great to deal with. Great communication. Fast response to my questions. I purchased this truck and had it delivered! Will do business with them again.

Representative took my information which I was already pre-qualified from two different vendors. and he said the manager would call me back and no one responded back to me at all. Kind of unprofessional. I don't recommend this company at all. Thank you

Salesman Aaron was really nice and respectful. He was fully transparent with the pricing and answered all questions we had. We were in and out of the dealership in good time. I would definitely do business again.

I actually never made it to the dealership in time to look at the truck I was interested in before they sold it to someone else. The staff kept calling me but I just have the time. I appreciate them keeping in touch with me about the truck.
