When I called to speak with the salesman about the car I was interested in he said he had sent me a video of the car's features. Then I told him I had already secured financing but wanted to get some idea regarding what to expect for my trade in, he said he sent me a worksheet and to just fill in the required information and I would get an idea of what to expect. I never received the video or the worksheet. I eventually purchase a similar vehicle from another dealership.

OUTSTANDING correspondence from the staff here! Did not but a vehicle from them, however, they are a dealership that I will continue to visit based on the climate of their operations!

The sales rep was very helpful and well informed, but it took them forever to bring the car around because it didn’t have windshield wipers and they needed to order the windshield wipers. I finally just told him I could take the test drive without the windshield wipers. Other than that, it was an OK experience.

From start to finish working with San was a great experience. He was communicative, clear about the pricing, the car was exactly as described, and he was pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this dealership!
