Dealerships near me (Cordova, TN)

They advertised ram 1500 for about $17k below sticker price. Also advertised 0% for 72 months. The thing is that if you want 0% you have to pay sticker price. So you are getting truck for 0% but you are paying $17k for this. I couldn't believe what i was hearing. He had to repeat it for me twice.

I ended up with a 2022 Nissan Altima and the Salesman was awesome. I love my car and Wolfchase Nissan was the best option for me.

Called this dealership on Thursday to express interest in a vehicle. Spoke with Gary who told me he’d call me the next day with info on the car. Next day i didn’t hear from him, so i called and was told he was off. I decided to wait for his return. Meantime a rep named Patience called me with the promise of beating the interest rate my own credit union offered. Great! Then Boyd calls me back and says they beat the interest rate. We negotiated a little and struck a deal. I advised them i needed to unload my vehicle (on Monday) and would call them with the exact amount of my down payment. On Sunday i received a text that the car was sold. . I reached out to Boyd to find out what was going on and he told me a couple came in on Saturday and “committed on paper.” Ohhhh if a deposit was what you needed, why didn’t you ask? I spent my time and energy finding this car and THOUGHT we had a deal. Didn’t appreciate being dismissed like we weren’t in the works. Full of !

I felt very undervalued as a shopping customer. Hand to wait for salesperson ( they were all in sales meeting). Handed off twice. Then seated at desk. Person who desk belonged to ask us to move. He had a customer. No problem. We moved. He sat there 15 minutes with no customers. Then shooting the breeze with another salesman. I finally picked up my keys and walked out after overhearing the original salesman on phone telling another salesman they weren’t going to repair places damaged on car.

We were called almost as soon as we put in our info. Christopher was very pleasant to speak with and ready to answer any question we had.
