Dealership was not informed that I was going to be there at 1:oo on the date i I arrived and the car I went to see was loaned to a customer .

I should’ve listened to the other reviews I read and never gone to this place. I went there to look at a specific car and had sent multiple emails prior to my visit about this car. Two of us drove over an hour to get there and when we arrived after sitting there for about 15 minutes, they told us that the car had electrical issues and was not on the lot, but we could still fill out the paperwork if we wanted to because it would be fine. When we got there and parked, there was the exact van that I was there to look at parked right next to me and mysteriously when I left, it was gone. At no point did anybody reach out to me to tell me there were issues with the car and that it was not on the lot and why in the world would they think I was stupid enough to fill out paperwork for it when I couldn’t even see it. Terrible company, and a colossal waste of time!
