Very high prices, then said would get back to me regarding an offer I made and never heard back. Tried following up with no call backs.

Chris was amazing. Answered my request quickly and set up an appointment to see the car. No high pressure sales. Very laid back and informative. Would go there again for my next car.

Very friendly and no pressure to buy. Quick response to my inquiry and a sales associate, Paul, was there to greet us upon arrival. We found our perfect "new to us" Subaru Ascent. We got a great price that fit our budget, and we got all of our questions and minor issues resolved quickly. The car was delivered on the date promised and we couldn't be happier about our purchase.

They did all they could to match me with a vehicle and were very responsive. I wish they had found one that fit my needs, because I would have loved to purchase a vehicle with them. I did find one elsewhere though.

When I pointed out issues, sales person got irritated. At one point even when he didn't see me, he used very unprofessional language. Like as if I was inventing paint stains on new vehicle. Emotionally not stable sales people. Also lied about warranty.

They followed through perfectly . Can't say the same about me though.
