Great experience haven’t purchased a car yet

Working with Zack was good, however, condition of vehicle was not as listed. There were dents & scratches that were not visible in photos/walkaround video, some paint chipping, and a tail light was out. Vehicle was not well maintained in the interior by former owners or dealer (labels on some major knobs/buttons were very faded, cracks on driver door wood grain). Dealer/Zack was going to work on issues but after looking at vehicle and other vehicles on lot (similar issues), I went elsewhere. I recommend working with Zack, but also recommend you go see vehicle(s) before paying non-refundable deposit as I lost $500 because there were no satisfactory vehicles at time of viewing that were within my $9K cash range.

I viewed a vehicle online and noticed what appeared to be a repaired area near the lower front door. When I asked about it, the dealership sent me a close-up photo showing obvious cracks and damage that were not visible in the online listing photo. The online image made the area appear repaired or concealed, raising concerns about how accurately the vehicle was represented. I was also told the vehicle had a mild steering-wheel shake while driving. When I questioned whether this could indicate a tire, rim, alignment, or suspension issue, I was told it was because aftermarket 20-inch wheels and tires had been installed. That explanation did not make sense, since properly installed and balanced wheels should not normally cause shaking. When I continued asking reasonable questions, I was told, “We sell used vehicles, not new ones.” I understood that, but my concern was honesty & safety. Based on the inconsistent photos, questionable explanation, & dismissive response, I decided to pass.

Had a brief conversation with one of the owners and what a great guy. Asked for additional photos and he sent them to me, answered every question I asked and was asnice as could be. Someone else beat to the truck, but the dealer couldn't have been better.

The gentleman did his homework before selling the vehicle, he had the Carfax ready with all of the service history ready to go. Very professional highly recommend shopping here.

We had an incredible experience we walked in got the car test drove. Our salesman was well educated on the vehicle. He told us everything we needed to know the purchase was smooth no hidden fees or damages. Everything was perfect. I highly strongly recommend getting a vehicle from this place.

My husband called to ask more questions about the car because we live in a different state. When he did he was met with rudeness and was hung up on for simply trying to find out more info. Also, the price listed was about 4,000 less than what they were actually asking for .
