My wife and I spent two hours in traffic only to be told that the price we negotiated 17K wasn’t acceptable and then to later find out the very same car was sold for $16,942.00. Needles to say it was not a good experience for me or my wife.

Lana the salesperson was very transparent about pricing and worked with me to stick to our budget. We did spend 3.5 hours at the dealership, half that time waiting, but otherwise a 5 star experience.

Favorite experience buying a car I’ve ever had. Full transparency, very helpful, zero upsell pressure, and realistic discussion of car options and coverages. Was an out of state buyer and they made things very easy for me. Muhammad as the sales consultant and Lisa in finance were exceptionally prompt, friendly, and helpful. Would buy every car I could from them if possible. 10/10.

This was the worst customer experience I have ever had as a buyer. The customer service was extremely poor, with absolutely no personalized attention. It was very disrespectful to have my emails repeatedly ignored. Judie didn't even have the courtesy to let me know that they were no longer interested in selling me the vehicle. I was prepared to pay the full retail price and all applicable taxes without financing, yet I received no communication or explanation. A simple response would have been enough. Instead, I was left waiting with no updates despite multiple attempts to follow up. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. I will certainly share my experience with my friends and family in Maryland and the surrounding areas, as well as with my followers and business network, so they can make an informed decision before doing business here.
