Tried to buy, got a initial reply, buy nothing after that..

Inquired on a Thursday evening and texted back and forth being assured I would get a walk around video on Friday and resume our discussion. Friday comes and no contact. I contact them via text and assured someone will be right with me. And lo and behold nobody contacted me. So I figure her must have been too busy to resume our sale. No contact on Saturday either so I asked for my credit app to be deleted. Finally Monday a text assuring my app will be deleted and asked if something changed. I was ready to buy that truck and because nobody would take the time to acknowledge my interest cost them a sale. Have to wonder got many more do they lose because of sloppy follow up.

The dealer's assistant quickly contacted me and was very helpful and open in answering my questions, not pushy at all. My wife and I did drive from Michigan to Chicago and bought the van. The transaction was smooth and easy, and the dealer with his assistants took time to explain various aspects of the vehicle and to fix a minor problem. I certainly would recommend this dealer and would buy from him again in the future.

Experiencing over all was good, price you just have to know how to negotiate. Know what you doing and what you want.

Joe the manager, sold the car to someone else although I was already working with one of his salesman on the deal. I was ready to buy but was told I had to wait for mechanic work to be completed. When it was completed, the car was sold to someone else.

I'll preface this by saying I've submitted a complaint to BBB and it has been accepted - awaiting a response from the dealership. I had been in contact with this dealership for a few days, we agreed on a price and set an appointment to come purchase the vehicle. After they instructed me to get a certified check from my bank, I get back from getting it for the amount agreed upon and I get a call saying that they had sold the car out from under me. They claimed that it's "first come first served." This was NEVER communicated to me. Had I known that, I might have made other arrangements to drive the three hours sooner for this vehicle. I would assume when you agree to a price and set a specification appointment and am told "We will be eagerly awaiting your arrival Saturday at 9am!" then there is at least an agreement to hold, especially since the appointment was for tomorrow morning, right when they open. Very poor way to treat people, let alone customers.

Sales representative was very polite, Communication was very good, the sale representative wasn't pushing to sale me the vehicle. Wich I appreciate very much during my shopping experience
