I recently turned 60 I have owned dozens of vehicles and this by far was the best dealership I have dealt with. Every part was smooth and courteous from the first phone call to the delivery in our driveway.

Nice folks. The used truck I was interested was missing some key features and the "new" truck advertised was a "shop loaner" truck and was not going to be available for several weeks (as I was informed upon a 2 hr drive to the dealership). IMO they should not be advertising vehicles for sale that are not yet available for sale (unless that is clear in their posting. Joe, the used car guy, was the "rock star" of the experience (he gets 5 stars).

I came to see this 2015 Yukon XL after finding it on CarGurus. The photos were misleading and didn’t show several major issues. In person, I found a cracked windshield, a hole in the tailgate, rusted-out rockers, tarnished rims, and a rust spot on the passenger-side front fender near the bottom — none of which were visible or mentioned in the listing. I drove two hours expecting a clean vehicle and was extremely disappointed. The Yukon had 231,000 miles, and they quoted me $9,100 out the door. I offered $8,700 cash, but they refused to negotiate. The salesperson showed me a KBB value of $14,000 to justify the price — but I immediately noticed it was a private party value, not a dealer retail value, and based on a vehicle in far better condition. I knew what he was doing and tried to counter with fair questions and real numbers, but he wouldn’t engage. When I asked what work had been done, the only answer was “an oil change.” I asked what they paid on trade — no real answer, just “we
