I’m a car enthusiast, I buy cars very often and I have been to many dealerships. Van Nuys Jeep stood out. They were very up front, professional, no games played. The vehicle was there, price did not changed, they gave me what I wanted for my trade. I was dealing with Sal and his manger Barlaan, both were very friendly and professional. I would definitely return to this dealership and buy a car. Most dealers have hidden fees, not Van Nuys Dodge. They were very transparent with me from start to finish.

Avoid this place if you value communication. I reached out multiple times about a Murano and even emailed the General Sales Manager, Donovan Ricks, directly with my information and a serious offer. He didn't even blink or respond. Meanwhile, Wilfredo insisted they couldn't budge on price, yet they’ve since dropped the price to nearly what I offered. I took my business to a different dealership that actually answers their emails. Knight Claremont Dodge would rather let a car sit on the lot than show basic professional courtesy to a buyer.

They called me almost 15 times between 2 days and tried to make appointment to see the car. But when i accept they keep continue calling me and asked that am i coming or not. And after i got 120 miles drive only for visiting them, they told me unfortunately i cannot see the car because their stuff is not working that day. They didn’t help me. And i lost my time and money. It was the worst dealership i have visited in my entire life.
