Universal Auto Care Dealer was very great in every aspect who walk with me through all process to get the Car I choose , in very polite way and process that was so easy and I didn't have any problems what I was requesting from Perry - Dealer ( I was never frustrate like others dealers I contact before who's were never straight with me and not giving me information I tried to obtain about car I was asking) but Perry from Universal Auto Care have totally different approach to client and he all the time wants to make client happy with his purchase. Staff was extremely helpful and honest. Car wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for, definitely a few pieces of interior that need replacing. Overall was a great experience buying and picking up the vehicle. Would highly recommend to friends. Car works wonders as well too!

They will increase the price that you’re looking at. Expect +25-30% on the price. How do you call people who first quote you one price and then jack it up? Everyone calls those folks bait-and-switchers and scammers. Also they are unfriendly and rude representatives who don’t care about anything

Communicated the morning off appointment, asked if car was still available and agent responded that car was indeed available and my appointment still on. Drive 1.5 hrs to dealership and when I arrived they claimed I was just talking to their paid rep and that car hasn’t been available in some time. Found another vehicle I could settle for and they wanted 40% price of car as a deposit and tax and title was nearly $4000. On a $14k car
