Went to go look at the car and it had massive hail damage. They said “it’s listed online” no where in the description did it mention the damage. When asked about it they said “we can look into fixing it”.

Tried to raise price by $1600 for brake check and cabin filter check on a vehicle with 5800 miles . Car Gurus stated price for home delivery and dealer saiid would about double that .After 2 days they notified me of approval at 13.99 percent interest . A total waste of my time !CC

If I could leave a no star I would. Salesperson was nice. But the truck wasn’t there after setting up an appointment, them confirming it was available. 4 times, once even after I was inside the building. Bait and switch!

Sales team were not as polite as they should be. The vehicle had no antenna, rust and no working 4x4 and they wouldn’t negotiate. Instead they tried to upsell with VIP package and “tinted windows”. Wouldn’t buy from these guys.

Slow to communicate also they advertise “questionable” rebates. Didn’t show any interest in wanting to sell their product. Sales and Sales management were not knowledgeable in any aspect.

Print your pre approved letter, this was the easiest no haggle deal I’ve ever had at a dealership. Perfect from start to finish.
