In short, this was the most pleasant and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Bob was wonderful, and even found time to provide information necessary for the deal on his day off. His entire dealership operates the way I feel a dealership should operate. Kind, cordial, responsive, and exceptionally gracious. We purchased what we inquired about, and we purchased another vehicle because it was such a good experience. We are already looking for our next purchase from Garage Candy.

Went to go look at the car and it had massive hail damage. They said “it’s listed online” no where in the description did it mention the damage. When asked about it they said “we can look into fixing it”.

Contacted them for a truck and didn't get back to me 3 days later. I found another one during that time at a different dealer where it took minutes to get information on the truck I purchased

Overall we had a great experience at Volkswagen of Burelson. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice, and knowledgeable. We were able to get everything done online, so when we got there to pick up the car, all we had to do was sign papers. I would highly recommend anybody who's looking to buy a car here.
