Chrysler dealerships near me (Antioch, IL)

I bought a new truck from Jeremy Rohrbach at Antioch Dodge and everything went well with no surprises.

Found blemishes on the vehicle and they weren’t willing to come down on price, and through financing, ended up paying more for the car than they advertised. Read your contract thoroughly.

I sent emails to make sure the car was available before I drove 1 hour to go see it. No one ever responded to my email. I then called and got interrupted every time that was trying to talk. They told me the car was going somewhere to get checked out mechanically and that they would let me know when it got back. I never heard from them again.

Great Compass, good experience. Ready to recommend, just I switched to another SUV.

The salesman was great. The vehicle had damage to the windshield that obviously made it illegal, yet they claimed it was legal. I expressed interest on Saturday but informed the salesman I had another truck to look at. We agreed he could send me info on the truck and contact me on Monday. On Monday he contacted me and I informed him the front windshield would have to be replaced before I would make the purchase. The dealership raised the price of the truck by $210 in response to my request. Needless to say, I did not purchase the truck.

No pressure deal. Jacklyn was my salesperson and did a great job answering all my questions and taking care of all my concerns. Definitely ask for her if you want to buy a truck or car. Thanks again Jacklyn

They tried to sell a vehicle that had the engine light on, after asking if they could service it they said the vehicle couldn't be sold. Why would a professional dealer not inspect the cars before showing to the public? They also messed up on the bill of sale a few times, and two salesman telling me two different things about finances. The help seem forced from them, like they didn't want to be there. I wouldn't recommend this place.
