Great Store and staff.

Talked with a salesman back and forth a little once he found out that I was also doing my due diligence and consulting other dealerships trying to find the best price he decided to insult me and then try to fear monger me into purchasing a vehicle from his dealership. I would never step foot in this establishment nor would I recommend anyone else to either.

TOTAL LIARS they said it was available. They then said it was sold (it was sold a year ago) and they then tried to sell me another car. Do not deal with these people They will just lie to you.

The dealer provided a Purchase Order that had inaccurate mileage (60,987/62,207 actual). Provided a CarFax. While the CarFax indicates no damage, the car has a damaged windshield. The dealer stated that the cracks had been filled, but they were not. The surface was still irregular. The is also a fresh deep scratch on the protective film (driver-side rear door). The dealer bushed it off with "the scratch did not reach the paint surface. All this I was supposed to take his word for it, and the dealer had ample opportunity to divulge the information before I obtained a purchase order and drove 50 miles. The dealer indicated that he has worked with my credit union on many occasions, yet refused to provide my credit union with a non-purchase notice to clear the drop letter the credit union generated. I had to wait 15 days for CU policy clearance. I have photos of damage, emails, and text messages to the dealer regarding the NPN. I would not recommend the dealer to anyone!

I did not end up buying a car here, but I had a great experience. Shaun and Shane were incredibly patient and informative throughout my car research journey. They answered all of my questions and were completely transparent. What I appreciated most is that they did not pressure me into a purchase. They genuinely helped me determine if the car was the right fit for my lifestyle. They have a fantastic selection of cars, and I would definitely recommend this dealership.
