Chevrolet dealerships near me (Villa Ridge, MO)

Online buyers beware. I rarely write negative reviews but this experience got to me. On Friday I found a truck listed on CarGurus from this dealership. Checked their website to verify and it was listed for sale. I sent an email asking what the price was since none was listed aGarrett responded with the price. We quickly agree on a price that was okd by the sales manager and an nvoice was sent to me. Since I live in Ohio I advised them I'd fly in on Monday and drive it home. They requested $1,000 deposit to hold the truck which immediately sent. Garrett advised he received it and would see me on Monday. I then take Monday off work and buy a plane ticket. Saturday morning Garrett emails " bad news the truck was sold last week." But I have another truck I'd sell you for the same price....The days of a hand shake deal are long gone. Pretty sad if you ask me.

Staff was great and attentive, but we couldn’t agree on price. They’re entitled to that, but I wasn’t asking for much considering there’s usually a negotiation cost built in to the sales price.

Did just fine

Great experience with ELCO! Took care of everything I needed to know and had a deal done hours later. Worked with Garland, plan on working with them again in the future!

We were excited about a truck from here, but it was clear that they were going to slot in cost at any turn. In the 11th hours, they tried to sell us a $3850 warranty to recover a negotiated price, then tried to say it was not possible to pay outright for it, and that it would need to be financed, which is blatantly untrue.

The price was good, the service was fair BUT there was hail damage to the vehicle and some hubcaps were missing/broken. NONE OF THIS WAS DISCLOSED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT, THE FOLLOWING DISCUSSIONS OR AT ANY TIME UNTIL I SAW IT MYSELF. If I wouldn’t have said anything about it, no one would have. I call that dishonest. Also, the vehicle was filthy. Their detail department needs to be fired or retrained.

Got on test drive tomorrow

The car isn’t for sale evidently , keeps telling me its coming but I gave up and purchased something else.
