If it were possible to assign a zero rating, I would do so without hesitation. This dealership engaged in what appeared to be a misleading “bait-and-switch” practice, advertising a vehicle online that was not actually available for purchase. I traveled over 40 miles to the dealership after speaking directly with a salesperson, who confirmed that the vehicle was on the lot. Upon arrival, it became clear that this information was inaccurate, resulting in a significant inconvenience and a disappointing experience.

I asked about the warranty they posted on the ad and no one would answer the question. Same old runaround about make an appointment to come down to the dealer and test drive.

Although I didn’t buy the truck the dealership did a fantastic job overall. They were not to pushy, allowed me time and space to make a decision all the while providing me with answers to all my questions. I am still in the market and will use Ross Downing for my purchase as well as for my wife’s future purchases.
