Was contact and provided videos and pictures as requested. Loved the service offered. Would recommend this dealer to everyone.

I asked for 1 thing, "total price out the door" i got pictures. two days later they asked if the van would work for me, i replied i never got the out the door price. They asked when would be a good time to come in and look at it. Still no price. When i asked again the answer i got was ABOUT 60K. Have you ever tried to write a check for about 60k?

They told me someone was coming to see the car, then no one was coming. They advertised it as free home delivery then told me they were taking off delivery charges. They didn't seem very honest.

Can’t even lie, Erica went out of the way to really help me finalize the deal on my Shelby, they are located in Folsom Ca, I live in Reno nv, and I was able to have everything set before I even left Reno. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I can appreciate the business Folsom Chevy has to offer and would highly recommend them to anyone. I’ll be back for something even better one day

The whole staff from start to finish from sales to financing was very professional not pushy. Very informative. The car was clean and ready for a test drive.

I regret not making my purchase at this dealer. I'm not a seasoned car buyer by any means (aka easily suckered) and the dealer I purchased from played a few tricks on me that I didn't catch onto until after the deal was complete. The main thing most people hate about the "old school" process. But this dealer seemed very polite and up-front.

Dealership was responsive, however, after I mentioned a possible trade in they no longer responded. If they didn’t like my trade in or if the truck sold, all they had to do was email me back. Still have yet to receive anything and it’s been over 2 weeks. Wouldn’t give my business if I were you.
