Chevrolet dealerships near me (Rohnert Park, CA)

Price was $4000 more than advertised price. It is a Chevrolet dealer but they couldn't confirm the CARB state warranty of 10 years 150000. After about 15 minutes I walked away. The salesman didn't really want to sell a vehicle.

Staff was extra helpful, extra friendly more than willing to help with anything they could. Went above and beyond.

Price advertised at $18368 but by the time we were talking actual numbers it was $24.9K WITH my admittedly low tradin. They would not budge. Even on added $3K in ceramic and other “protection” package. Sleepy!!

By far the best experience I’ve ever had! Ray (sales) and Elliott (finance) were professional, efficient and friendly. Oh and buy the way the car is great!

Called and made an apt to test drive. After driving an hour and a half arrived only to find the Jeep was in the shop and not available for a test drive

The amount of time could have been streamlined. Spent two and half hours even though we did not require financing.

I reached out multiple times, hoping to negotiate a great deal, but my efforts were met with silence and vague responses. It felt like my inquiries were not taken seriously at all. I expected better customer service, especially when making a significant purchase like this. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed and questioning whether I should continue my search here. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
