Ok, salesman was fine. Sales manager over the weekend; dismissive and arrogant, literally told me "I didn't call you over, you can go sit down over there". I try was attempting to hand the salesman my insurance information. The finance team was good. I won't go back due to the sales manager, he was a jerk and unfriendly.

Cliff made buying a vehicle by phone and email a simple process. Just wish we didn't have to wait for it to come up to SE Alaska on a barge!

We may have ordered a Suburban, but has not been confirmed by GM. Dealership has yet to confirm a price. Price will have a bearing on whether or not we purchase from them.

Aldo (salesman) was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and non-pushy. I appreciated his respect and courtesy and would definitely buy from him again.

Spoke with salesperson about coming to look at vehicle, confirmed time/date, showed up at time, confirmed truck was to be upfront to look at, it was, looked at it, went inside to speak with sales person, ,confirmed salesperson was on a "day off", and that staff was already selling truck to a different person, informed me that they only sell on a "first come first serve basis". I wouldn't buy from this dealer if it was the last one on this planet, I emailed the general manager, he couldnt't even the profesionalism to respsond

Very good buying experience

We drove all the way to Kirkland from Yakima to see the truck that I had talked to salesman about the afternoon before. We arrived and waited to see him as he was on a call. We went out side to walk around. He came out later and told us that someone had put a deposit on it later in the day that I had called. WE did not get a call to inform us before we went. He said it wasn't a done deal yet. The person was to come in to finalize the deal. He then said we could wait,it may not go through. So we walked around the Toyota lot next door to kill a lot of time. We found a Toyota that we liked and were in the process of buying it when your sales man called to say that the Nissan had sold, but in the process the truck was in a fender bender. We are happy with the truck we did get, but not get with you.
