I would say that I had a great experience until my car started to have problems immediately after I purchased it despite their 82 point check clearing said problems. They had promised me I had a 90 day warranty on the car where I could bring it in and get it fixed but when I had actually asked to have that done they informed me that that was not the case and I was on my own. I have no trust in any part of this dealership now they have completely sunk any credibility and integrity that I once thought I had. They will take any trust you give them and use it against you as they did with me. Any good fortune I have with this vehicle will be in spite of this dealership and not a single bit of it will be because of them. Don't trust them.

Well they definitely will respond, but it’s overkill. I’ve had at least 7 different people, if not more, reach out to me via phone, voicemail, text, & email. The final straw for me was asking an employee about the interior of the vehicle & she wouldn’t answer & was insistent that I make an appointment to come see the vehicle. I understand that. But my situation was that I would have to Uber there & the dealership is about 30 miles away, so I couldn’t commit to an appointment right then & there. She was very pushy throwing out different appointment days & times & got frustrated with me not yet committing to an appointment, & she ended the call abruptly. Not cool at all. Received a generated text from the sales manager I believe the day after this call. I responded with what happened & to please stop all communications…& no surprise…I’m still being contacted. They need to keep better track of who is contacting leads. I wish them all well as they do appear to be desperate for business.

The car we wanted got sold the day before but the staff was very polite and passionate in wanting to find us another suitable vehicle.

Showed up and found out engine was not stock… after driving 200 miles. This was BS.
